  Valuations usually take 5 working days.
• 2. How and when will I receive the results of my valuation?arrow_drop_down
  In general, you will receive an appraisal report when you collect your items. Sometimes, it may not be possible to include the appraisal report with your items - in this case your appraisal report will be sent out to you by post.
• 3. Can you come to home or my bank (vault) to do a valuation?arrow_drop_down
  Our in-house laboratory is fully equiped to provide you with a quick and accurate appraisal report. With a slimmed down version of our in-house laboratory, we can travel to your home, office or bank vault to provide you with the convenience of off-site appraisal.
